We held an excellent Banquet on Sunday, 04-May-2008 at the Marriott in Lone Tree. Click on the link to see banquet pictures (scroll down). The Banquet included a mixer (plenty of Shirley Temples), a rose for each Princess, a nice jeweled tag necklace, a magic show, a professionally-taken picture, graduation of more than 30 Princesses, and ... dancing. Everyone had such a great time. Thank you, Willow Creek Circle for hosting this excellent event!!!

Feel free to edit/use this sample recruiting flyer or this flyer.

- Circle of the Month. Take a look at the Circle-of-the-Month page for the point tally.
- Event Information. Hosting Circle Leaders, please submit a copy of your event notes/instructions/etc to the Expedition Navigator, John-David Peet. This institutional knowledge is invaluable when, or if, you transfer your old event to another Circle to host.
- Want to find out more or join Adventure Guides?. Check out this website to find out about our events and calendar. The program and history pages give an overview of Adventure Princesses (girls in K-6 ... and their Dads). The join page has the YMCA's phone number to call for more info and registration forms. Registration --- If you haven't done so already, it's time to register with the YMCA. You may register online (use Southwest Y for choices) or fill out a registration form and turn it in to your Circle Leader. The annual fees are $60 for each dad and 1st daughter, $20 for each additional daughter. Check out the join page.
Vests and Patches. Our accoutrements are Vests and Patches. The Expedition Crafter issues the Event patches to your Circle Leader. Your Circle will likely arrive at a consensus on which type of vest to buy. There are many options, like embroidered names, circle names, attaching Adventure Guides patches, year patches, flag patches, etc. Click on the Vests and Patches page for a list of vendors.
