Tally Sheets
Our Circles submit their monthly activity tally sheets to the Expedition's Log Keeper during the monthly Basecamp Meeting. Points are awarded on a pro rata basis depending on each Circle's population. Points are also awarded based on how many navigators/representatives are present at the meeting, for showing the Circle's meeting invitation, for showing the craft made at the Circle's meeting, for attendance at the Expedition and Circle Events, for hosting an Expedition Event, and so on.
Points are totalled for Circle-of-the-Year determinations. The Circle-of-the-Year awards are presented at the Spring Outing (Campout) at Chatfield State Park.
