BROWN (or Desert Tan) VEST : This vest is fairly durable and is available from a number of vendors. Also available are blue denim vests. Felt vests are not recommended since the felt vests are not as durable. The Expedition Crafter issues the patch awards. Your Circle Navigator will issue these patches to Circle members.
