The Basecamp meeting is held at 7:30am, usually each 1st Saturday of the month at the Marie Calendars Restaurant next to:

Expedition Navigator provides direction
The Navigator runs the meeting, providing leadership for the Expedition.

Coordination of Expedition Events
Hosting Circle Navigators distibute information on their Expedition Event and receive feedback on attendance forecasts from the Circles. When applicable, Circles submit their advance payments for Events to the Hosting Navigator. Note: Hosts, please distribute your flyer/information as soon as possible before the event (ideally, 2-3 months in advance).

Tallying Points for Circle
Log Keeper reports on point tally awarded to the Circles. Circle Navigators turn-in their point sheets for their Circle accomplishments to the Log Keeper. Points are earned on a pro-rated basis depending on how many Circle members attended particular Circle and Expedition events. Points are also awarded for hosting an Expedition Event. The annual determination of Circle of the Year is based on the point tally.

Treasure Keeper gives Financial report
This report includes revenues and expenditures.

Y-Adventure-Guides Outfitter provides Assistance
The Outfitter is a YMCA official who assists the Expedition with recrutiing, scheduling, etc.
